April 2017.  Broadway Night.

On a beautiful April night in 2017, the Bryant Library came alive with laughter and tears as the actors and musicians of the Royal Crown Players performed their first ever student run cabaret night. The purpose: to raise money for Island Harvest, the outcome: a collection of over $500 in food and monetary donations!  Our Chinese Auction was also a great success and raising over $2,000 for the FRCP to be put towards student programs for the years to come.  We look forward to Broadway Night 2018 coming this spring!

In the fall of 2016 RCP put on Author Miller's "The Crucible" about the Salem Witch Trials and in the Spring the stage came alive with the Adams/Strouse musical "Bye Bye Birdie", both under the direction of the wonderful Allison Hungate Wood and played to full houses!  We hope you enjoy this little snippet of our past season.

RCP is under new direction yet again. In September 2018, Mrs. Cynthia Feinman moved up from the middle school in Roslyn to begin her career as the Roslyn High School Choral Director and Director of the RCP.   We welcome Cyndi with open arms and look forward to working with her to insure the students receive all the education they desire in the performing arts.
